Dry and Frozen Fish Skin

OTTO Alliance supplies frozen and dry skin from several different Asian and South American species for instance Rohu, Pangasius , Barramundi, Tilapia, Sea Bass, Sea Brim, Tuna…etc. . The products are descaled and dried and packed with a moisture level of 12% at max. We can also supply frozen scales on demand. Al products will be tested in ever batch and pre delivery samples and necessary tests will be provided to our customers. All of the products are inspected under the authorized department offices of related ministry and health certificate will be provided for each shipment.
